machining facility in Osceola, Wisconsin is
staffed with knowledgeable CAD/CAM designers,
experienced engineers and quality-conscious
horizontal, vertical and planer mill operators.
From computer design and mechanical engineering
to equipment fabrication and machine assembly,
Ratech Machine's dependable team custom
manufactures to your specifications. Shown
on right is our Gray CNC Traveling Column in
action. Our milling engineers can mill steel,
stainless steel and aluminum to close tolerances
for precision applications. With state-of-the-art
equipment such as the Gray CNC, bridge
cranes and
expert staff, Ratech is well-equipped to take on

Profile
For the past eight years Ratech Machine has been a
supplier of precision machining for the aerospace
industry, precision piercing and forming dies, stainless
steel vacuum chambers and custom machines.

Our new 20,800 sq. ft. shop and hangar have 27 ft.
ceilings work heights, two 5-ton and two 10-ton bridge
cranes, high and low truck docks and drive-in capability
for loading and unloading of oversized loads.

in CNC, manual machining, specialized machine design and
building using SOLIDWorks 98
Plus, CAD/CAM
programming with SURFCAM and
computerized control system allows us to complete

time frame.

machines 300 and 400 series aircraft stainless steel,
steel alloys, titanium, inconel, beryllium copper,
magnesium, monel and carbon steel as well as various
grades of aluminum and cast iron. MIG and TIG
welding is available for stainless and aluminum
